COMING SOON PITCHING SESSION: 7 – 8 September 2023
| Description | Pitching session of documentary feature films in post-production stage from previous BSD editions to be presented to sales agents, broadcasters, festival representatives, distributors etc.
To be eligible, the films require: Up to 4 projects will be selected for the session. Pitching of the project will be held within the BSD pitching sessions. All selected projects must participate in a pitch rehearsal on 6 September. |
| Who can apply | Independent production companies or co-production companies representing the film, which had been among the selected projects of the BSD in its previous editions. |

| Application procedure | Fill in an online Application Form, providing following (in English): · main project information, short synopsis and filmmakers information As well prepare to include in the attachment: · 1 page long synopsis of the project, a link to the trailer, a link to the rough cut (all video material must be provided with English subtitles) · short description of production company(ies), biographies of producer(s), director(s) · director’s statement about the project explaining the creative vision (preferably as a short video via link) |
| Expenses | Application and participation is free of charge. Travel and accommodation have to be covered by participants. |

| Selection | Selection of projects will be announced by 12 July 2023, and the contact person of the project will be notified about the results via e-mail. |
| Pitching | Each project will have 7 minutes for pitching (language – English), with further time for discussion. The pitch has to be supported with a trailer. |
| Individual Meetings | Individual meetings with decision makers will be held on 7 – 8 September |
| Deadlines | 5 July 2023 – coming soon session submission 12 July 2023 – announcement of selected projects |
